Halo Water Proofing is a VA-licensed Sump Pump Installation company that treats every Herndon job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Herndon technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Herndon homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Herndon technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Herndon calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Herndon customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Herndon crews handle most.
Storm season keeps our Herndon emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
